Authentic Relating & presence
Practices for being real with each other
Authentic Relating and relational presence are practices that support curiosity, honesty, connection, and self-awareness. Rather than following a script, we slow down and attend to what's actually happening — inside us and in the space between us.
As part of my broader work under Relating Arts, I also facilitate group-based relational awareness practices, including T-groups. The awareness built in these spaces often informs one-on-one work, too: how we relate to ourselves shapes how we relate to others.

Curious whether this work is a fit?
A free Curiosity Call is a relaxed introductory conversation — a chance to meet me, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels right. It isn't a full session or a therapy appointment. You'll find the current details on the booking page.
