About Stephanie Corona
Curiosity About Ourselves Can Change How We Meet the World.
I've long been fascinated by how people relate — to themselves and to each other. That curiosity led me to study Human Development and Family Sciences at The University of Texas at Austin, with a focus on personal relationships.
As an Air Force medic at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, and later in social work, I sat with people navigating severe mental health challenges, addiction recovery, homelessness, domestic violence, and incarceration. Those years gave me a lasting respect for human complexity — for resilience, and for the protective patterns people develop to get through what life hands them.
Today, under Relating Arts, I support individuals through IFS-informed parts work and facilitate relational awareness practices. I completed IFSCA Level 2 / Stepping Deeper training, I'm a Certified Relateful Facilitator, and I completed intermediate mediator training at the Dispute Resolution Center in Austin — which deepened my interest in communication, conflict, and how people find understanding across differences.
I believe how we relate to ourselves shapes how we relate to others. My role isn't to teach or fix anyone, but to offer a space where curiosity and compassion can do their work — helping people build kinder relationships with themselves and more awareness in their relationships with others.
I'm not a licensed therapist and I don't offer psychotherapy. I'm a facilitator of awareness practices, offering IFS-informed personal growth support.
